Small Army is looking for laser-focused, organized project managers. Our project managers are the glue of the Agency. They manage projects internally to keep all things moving, and most importantly keep all teams motivated.

To succeed as a Project Manager at Small Army you must be energetic, levelheaded, and did we say organized? You should be comfortable and confident working with all departments within an ad agency.

  • At least 2-4 years experience working as a project manager within a full-service agency
  • A digital-first mindset. Experience managing website and digital marketing projects preferred.

Description

 

  • The Junior Relationship Manager is versed in the industry with at least a year of experience in an Agency. They know the difference between departments, and have started to exhibit some confidence in administrative tasks, and most importantly, be motivated to learn more. Additional responsibilities will be given based on the quality, timeliness and overall attitude on given assignments. Some client interaction is expected as well as management of the creative team (giving feedback and keeping projects moving). The Junior Relationship Manager is expected to be driven, contribute to the Small Army culture, and eager to always do more.

In charge of the day-to-day activity on accounts, our Relationship Managers are expected to keep Clients on task, creatives focused, and projects moving smoothly. They will work with all departments in the Agency: Project Management, Creative, Media, and Content. They are articulate, detail orientated, strategic thinkers who stay level-headed and love great creative. As a true collaborator, they'll work hard to ensure that work stays on strategy and on time

content/social media intern

Description

Full-time or Part-time

We're looking for a social media guru to join the team at Small Army. You would be working directly with a Content Strategist to help run our agency's social media as well as our non-profit's Be Bold, Be Bald! In addition to regular posting, you will also have the opportunity to gain experience in an agency setting and assist with content strategy for our many clients.

What You Need

Candidates must have a good understanding of all social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, SnapChat, etc.), previous experience managing a company or brand account is a plus. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills. Also has strong written skills, be able to post on social media with personality and wit, while also having no trouble writing a formal email to encourage fundraising. Should always be looking to bring new and emerging trends in social media to the agency, and be ready to implement those trends. Must have a creative mind, but also be a strategic thinker. Intern
Account Services | Full-time or Part-time

We are looking for interns who want to gain experience in the world of advertising by working with the team at Small Army.  Along with basic administrative tasks, working side-by-side with the Account Management team on client projects will provide invaluable insight into the many layers of a successful agency. 

What You Need

Candidates must possess a can-do attitude and be proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.  A strong understanding of social media tools (Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus, YouTube, WordPress/Tumblr) is necessary for the intern position.  These positions are perfect for college students or recent graduates interested in exploring the world of advertising.
