Description

At Small Army, our interns get to do and see it all—from strategy and research, to working with creatives, to building client relationships, to helping operations. Our account interns gain real agency experience and knowledge about the industry. Successful interns are enthusiastic about any challenge and love being part of a fun, growing ad agency.

How to Apply

For consideration, attach your resume and fill out the “Tell us about yourself” section with an essay (up to 500 words) on what your moral is and how it will make you an invaluable part of Small Army. Also, please indicate which season (Fall, Spring, or Summer intern) and if you have full or part-time availability.

Note Summer internships are required to be full-time and application submission will close March 15. Applications submitted after March 15 will not be considered.

All internships are paid and are eligible for academic credit.

If you’re here, you’re obviously looking to grow your design experience and see what an ad agency is all about. Small Army can provide you with all that and more. Also, you must know InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD—what’s going on in the ad world right now—maybe After Effects, or what’s currently binge worthy on various streaming platforms.
